Our Story
My IP Global was founded in 2017 by Khaled Battash, built on a belief shaped by years of working with businesses and intellectual property professionals across the MENA region: protecting intellectual property should be clear, practical and dependable.
Our work goes beyond obtaining registrations. We help businesses protect, manage and enforce the intellectual property that supports their growth — from emerging businesses protecting their first brand to established companies managing portfolios across multiple jurisdictions.
What has remained constant is our approach: clear communication, practical advice, transparent pricing and a genuine commitment to our clients' interests.

Founder
Khaled Battash
Khaled Battash is the founder of My IP Global and an intellectual property professional with more than 25 years of experience across the MENA region.
His career has included senior responsibility for intellectual property operations across North Africa and the wider region. He spent ten years as Executive Director of Abu Ghazaleh Intellectual Property for the North Africa region, based in Morocco, where he was involved in managing and developing IP operations across Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco, as well as supporting the restructuring and development of offices in other MENA markets.
His experience spans trademark, patent and industrial design matters, IP prosecution, enforcement and litigation, as well as advising businesses and international IP professionals on navigating the practical realities of intellectual property protection in the region.
He is a regular participant in international IP organisations and conferences and has spoken at INTA, trained government officials and delivered IP workshops and lectures across the MENA region.
Khaled founded My IP Global to bring this regional experience into a practice focused on clear communication, practical advice and dependable service.
